Title: 40th Anniversary Black Tie Ball

The WIT Social Club has the pleasure of announcing WIT's 40th Anniversary Black Tie Ball in the Tower Hotel, Waterford. The Ball  is in support of the South Eastern Cancer Society SOLAS centre (www.solascentre.ie)

Ticket Cost:

WIT Social Club Members: €45 per ticket. Each member is entitled to 2 tickets.
Non members of the WIT Social Club: €55 per ticket.

The ticket covers drinks reception, 5 course meal with wine, entertainment (Brass & Co & DJ).

Ticket Sales:
Tickets will go on sale on Monday 1st February 2010.

A number of people will be selling tickets in various Institute locations (details to follow).

Joining the social Club:
However, non members can join the Social Club before 31st January 2010 and available of tickets at the members rate above.  Social Club Membership form is attached.
 
Discounts for the ball:

Accommodation:
The Tower Hotel are offering a rate of 35pps for B&B with full use of Leisure facilities.  Contact the Tower Reservations on 051 862300 as soon as possible as they have a number of rooms reserved for WIT. You should mention the WIT special rate when booking.
