An accident is an unplanned event that results in injury, ill-health, damage to or loss of plant, materials etc.

Accident Reporting

If you have an accident while at the Institute , please report it immediately to one of the following:

• Your Manager
• Your Course Leader/Lecturer/Supervisor
• The Medical Centre
• The Health & Safety Officer

All accidents should be reported using the Institute's Accident Report Form which can be accessed here
